    • Greet and assist visitors, students, and faculty with professionalism and courtesy.
    • Manage the reception area by answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling correspondence.
    • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to security protocols
    • Address inquiries from prospective and current students about courses, schedules, fees, and other training-related matters.
    • Assist in student registration, enrollment processes, and maintaining records.
    • Follow up with students regarding course updates, changes, or feedback collection.
    • Maintain and update student databases, attendance records, and other important documentation.
    • Assist with preparation of reports and documentation for management review.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Professional demeanor and appearance.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
