Job Description

Learn the entire admin role of the company such as typing statements, petty cash, stationary, contact the people for pending activities, contact the customer for issues and payment collection etc.

Review daily activities report to the manager on a day to day basis.

Extracting, inputting, copying and filing data from various sources;

Maintenance of files in Administrative Unit;

Translating requested documents for any submission;

Minutes taking in any related meeting;

Support other/ad hoc activities as seen relevant and needed.
