Job Description:
As an Admin Receptionist, you will be the face and voice of Spancore, welcoming visitors and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and strong organizational abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls while maintaining polite and effective communication.
- Manage the office reception area, ensuring it remains clean and organized.
- Coordinate and manage appointments, meetings, and conference room schedules.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, such as maintaining records, filing, and data entry.
- Provide support to various departments as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front office executive, or in a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional language proficiency is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer service mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
