Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Student Coordination & Support
-
Assist students with the enrollment process, ensuring all forms and fees are completed accurately.

Maintain student records, including attendance, grades, and progress reports.

Answer students' and parents' queries regarding classes, schedules, and fees.
-
Provide guidance to students regarding class schedules, course offerings, and exams.
-
Maintain a welcoming and helpful atmosphere for students and parents visiting the center.
2. Administrative Tasks
-
Schedule and coordinate classes, tutorials, and events, ensuring all spaces are appropriately reserved.

Manage and update student databases and educational software systems (if applicable).

Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical duties.
-
Maintain and order office supplies and educational materials.
-
Prepare and maintain reports on student attendance, performance, and class progress.
3. Communication & Liaison
-
Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between students, parents, teachers, and the administration.

Send reminders, updates, and notifications about classes, exams, and other important events.
-
Coordinate and communicate with faculty regarding class schedules, student issues, and feedback.
-
Address any issues or concerns raised by students, parents, or staff and escalate as needed to the Center Manager or Principal.
4. Financial & Fee Management
-
Assist in the collection of fees, maintaining accurate records of payments made by students.

Prepare and distribute fee receipts to students and parents.

Assist in preparing financial reports for the management team regarding tuition fees, outstanding payments, and other financial transactions.

Ensure that financial policies and procedures are followed.
5. Office Management
-
Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the coaching center by managing office equipment, classroom logistics, and overall center upkeep.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of administrative areas, classrooms, and student waiting areas.

Assist with the preparation and organization of exams, tests, and assessments.

Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication related to administrative functions.
6. Customer Service
-
Provide a positive and professional experience for students, parents, and visitors.
-
Assist in resolving any student concerns or complaints regarding classes, schedules, or faculty.

Support the marketing and promotional activities of the coaching classes by helping with event coordination and providing information about courses.
