Job Description

Basic Computer Knowledge.

Should have knowledge of Word , Excel, Powerpoint, Internet Surfing.

Languages : English , Hindi, Gujarati.

Should be able to Reply Emails.
Job Location : Vastrapur - Ahmedabad , Gujarat

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Coordinate and manage office activities, including meetings and appointments.

Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.

Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.

Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Provide administrative support to staff and management.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Assist with HR-related tasks, such as onboarding new employees.

Organize and facilitate company events and meetings.
