Job Description
· Oversee day-to-day office operations
· Knowledge of Word, Excel, Google drive preferred
· Maintain and order Office Supplies, Petty Cash etc.
· Check emails regularly and respond within the specified timeframe
· Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring documents are organised and easily accessible.
· Manage office equipment and report any malfunctions promptly.
· Maintain good etiquette & be presentable at all times whilst in the office
· Supervise administrative staff and delegate responsibilities
· Develop, review, and improve administrative systems, policies, and procedures
· Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance
· Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new materials
· Manage schedules, organize meetings and appointments
· Ensure effective communication within the office and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence
· Prepare reports and presentations for upper management
· Assist in budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
· Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures by the administrative team
