Job Description
- Prepare and present business reports, presentations, and comprehensive business plans.
- Conduct detailed market research and compile data for strategic decision-making and presentations.
Administrative Tasks:
- Maintain and safeguard company assets and official documents.
- Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to address office requirements efficiently.
- Oversee office upkeep, ensuring cleanliness, maintenance, and availability of supplies.
- Manage logistical errands such as document deliveries, supply purchases, and other ad hoc tasks.
- Provide direct assistance to the CEO and Leadership team on miscellaneous tasks and projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries and issue resolution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Experience working closely with senior-level officials.
- Collaborative and interpersonal skills to work effectively with a large variety of personalities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities.
- Excellent writing skills and the ability to draft emails on behalf of high-level managers intended for senior-level managers.
- Strong verbal communication skills for internal and external correspondence.
- Have a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
