ANSWER & RESPOND TO PATIENT / RELATIVE REQUESTS
SCHEDULE APPOINTMENT
REGISTER PATIENT WITH THE CONCERNED CONSULTANT
PREPARE & DESPATCH REPORTS & DISCHARGE SUMMARIES
MAINTAIN DEPT STOCK
COORDINATE & ASSIST IN HEALTH CHECK UP OF EXECUTIVES / CORPORATE PATIENTS
FEEDBACK ANALYSIS
PARTICIPATE IN COMMUNITY HEALTH CHECK UP CAMPS HELD INHOUSE & PERIPHERY AREAS
ASSIST IN ALL ADMIN & HR DUTIES
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
Develop and maintain a filing system.
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
Provide general support to visitors.
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
