Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage team schedules, track performance, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Handle client calls and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.
- Conduct regular team meetings and prepare detailed reports for management.
- Manage and monitor administrative processes, including document control and data management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist in report preparation, presentations, and other management-related activities.
- Oversee resource planning and address any administrative issues promptly.
- Supervise support staff and coordinate their tasks to achieve organizational objectives.
- Educational Background: BE with MBA or a related degree.
- Experience: Minimum 4 years in administrative roles, preferably involving team coordination.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) for reporting and documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience in handling client interactions and report preparation is preferred.
