Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in choosing the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a student-centric approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into enrollments.
As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for handling student queries, conducting counseling sessions, explaining course details, and assisting in the admission process.
Admission Counsellor:
- Guide prospective students through the admissions process.
- Answer inquiries and provide program information.
- Assist with applications and enrollment.
- Excellent communication skills required.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Student Counseling & Guidance:
- Provide detailed information about courses, admission criteria, and career opportunities.
- Assist students in choosing the right academic program based on their interests and goals.
- Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions.
✅ Lead Generation & Follow-up:
- Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
- Follow up with potential students to encourage enrollment.
- Maintain a database of leads and conversion tracking.
✅ Admission & Documentation Process:
- Assist students in filling out application forms and submitting necessary documents.
- Ensure a smooth admission process from inquiry to final enrollment.
- Coordinate with academic and administrative teams for student onboarding.
✅ Marketing & Outreach Activities:
- Participate in educational fairs, seminars, and career counseling events.
- Promote courses through social media, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Develop partnerships with schools, colleges, and coaching centers.
✅ Reporting & Performance Tracking:
- Maintain accurate records of inquiries, enrollments, and counseling sessions.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports on student conversions.
- Identify trends and areas for improvement in the admissions process.
