Job Description

Job Title: Admission Counsellor

Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Job Type: Full-time

Key Duties:
Contacting and guiding prospective students about courses, admission procedures, and deadlines.

Following up with leads, answering queries, and assisting them through the application process.

Maintaining and updating student records while meeting enrollment targets.

Required Skills:
Educational counselor experience preferred.

Strong communication skills with confidence in convincing and guiding students regarding further education.

No specific experience required.15 candidates were needed.

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (negotiable)

Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate (Any discipline).

Key Responsibilities

Student Counseling & Guidance
- Assist students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests, qualifications, and career goals.
- Explain admission procedures, eligibility criteria, scholarships, and fee structures.
- Provide personalized counseling to address student queries and concerns.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Identify and reach out to prospective students via phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Conduct follow-ups to encourage enrollment and ensure successful admissions.
- Maintain a database of interested students and track their admission status.
Admission Process Management
- Assist students in completing application forms and documentation.
- Coordinate entrance tests, interviews, and enrollment procedures.
- Ensure smooth onboarding of newly admitted students.
Marketing & Outreach Activities
- Participate in education fairs, school visits, and career counseling events.
- Collaborate with digital marketing teams to promote courses on social media.
- Develop promotional materials and conduct webinars or seminars for student engagement.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with academic departments and management to update course details.
- Prepare reports on admission trends, conversion rates, and student feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
