Job Description
Key Responsibilities: Engage with Prospective Students: Build meaningful connections with prospective students, especially working professionals from esteemed organizations such as Genpact, Accenture, and Wipro, via phone, email, WhatsApp, and virtual meetings (Zoom). Guide and Support Students: Act as a trusted advisor, providing comprehensive information about our online master’s programs, understanding their goals, and guiding them through the admissions process. Drive Enrollments: Assist students with their applications, ensuring all requirements are met and providing personalized follow-ups to help them make informed decisions. Lead Generation and Outreach: Collaborate on strategies to generate and nurture leads through webinars, events, and other outreach activities. Collaborate with the Team: Partner with fellow admissions counselors and teams to share insights and achieve enrollment goals, ensuring a seamless experience for our students.
