Job Title: Admissions Counselor

Job Summary:
The Admissions Counselor guides prospective students through the admissions process, promotes the institution’s programs, and helps meet enrollment goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent the institution at recruitment events and college fairs.
Advise prospective students on admissions requirements, financial aid, and academic programs.
Review and evaluate applications to make admissions decisions.
Maintain communication with students and families via email, phone, and in-person meetings.
Track and report recruitment data to improve outreach efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (required).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in admissions, recruitment, or customer service is a plus.
Willingness to travel and work flexible hours.
