Job Description

We as a renowned Affiliate Marketing company is looking for Affiliate Marketing Specialist for our New clients.

Monday - Friday ( 9am to 5pm )

Saturday and Sunday fixed off .

Fixed Salary .

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs

Identify and recruit new affiliates to join the program

Negotiate contracts and commission structures with affiliates

Monitor and analyze affiliate performance and ROI metrics

Provide ongoing support and resources to affiliates

Optimize affiliate campaigns and initiatives for maximum efficiency

Ensure compliance with affiliate regulations and company policies

Collaborate with internal teams to align affiliate marketing with overall business strategy

Skills:

Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies

Excellent negotiation and communication skills

Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
