Work Locations - Shalimar Bagh Delhi, Subhash Nagar Delhi, Kalkaji Delhi, Chandigarh and Jalandhar -Punjab.
Job Summary:- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Agency Development Manager to lead our health insurance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving agency performance, managing relationships with agents, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of health insurance products, and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Agency Channel Development: -
- Sourcing POS Agents as per the agreed mix and policy.
- Agency Channel Development for the assigned location.
- Coordinating with the Operations team for pre-licensing, training, and licensing.
- Conducted induction training and coordinated with the sales training team for product and ongoing training for the respective POS.
- Maintaining the agreed mix of new and existing agents /POS.
- Develop and execute strategies to reach out to various market segments.
- Monitoring Agent performance on the common variables of segment way to the market -Renewal/Fresh database, funnel, and closures.
- Maintaining a high active percentage of POS.
- Controlling Attrition of POS Agents.
- Ensure team productivity and POS product and manage the right level of channel engagement with the POS. Channel Servicing
- Reconciliation of partner accounts and coordination with all the departments for the same Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency goals and objectives.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
- Oversee the daily operations of the agency, including recruitment, training, and performance management of insurance agents. Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve agency goals and objectives.
