Requirements:
Recruit, screen and train new agents.
Analyse performance and drawing up action plans.
Establish strong relationships with staff and clients.
Ensure all staff exercise good time management.
Obey agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring staff do the same.
Research current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.
Responsibilities:
Building Agency: Identify & Recruit Potential advisor's/Sales Associates (Ex: Retired Persons, Unemployed, Any family Members Etc.).
Driving Sales: Motivating to achieve Expected sales target on a consistent basis through own team of advisor's.
Manage Team Performance & Productivity: Continuously review performance and improve productivity of the SA team.
Leadership: Provide leadership and management to the team of advisor's/Sales Associates.
Mentoring and Training: Provide training and monitor developmental needs of advisor's in the team, providing feedback on advisor's/Sales Associates performance.
Involves attending the Sales calls (outside of the office).
