Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
· Recruitment of new agents,
· Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements
· Ensuring agents are motivated and building a long term connect between the agents and the company.
· Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organisation
· Keep Generating business from the agents .
· Oversee daily operations of the agency
· Manage and support agency staff, providing guidance and performance evaluations
· Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals
· Foster strong relationships with clients and partners
· Monitor sales performance and strive to meet or exceed targets
· Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
· Prepare regular reports on agency performance and opportunities for growth
· Handle escalated client issues and resolve them in a timely manner
