Position: AI Engineer
Responsibilities
Tech Stack & Skills
- Core: Python, LLM libraries (Hugging Face, spaCy), ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-Learn), TDD (pytest), Docker, Kubernetes
- CI/CD Tools: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
- Bonus: Java, React, Observability tools (Datadog, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana)
- Hackathon/Open-Source: Participation is a strong plus, demonstrating creativity and a competitive edge
Qualifications
- Experience: 0–1 years in software development , particularly AI/ML-based projects
- Skills: Strong at Coding, Solid foundation in Python; familiarity with AI, ML, and LLM concepts
- Mindset: Comfortable iterating rapidly, pivoting quickly, and taking ownership in a fast-paced startup
- Teamwork: Excellent communication skills; self-driven with minimal supervision
