**Job Title:** AML/KYC Analyst
**Location:** Bangalore
**Experience:** 6 months - 3 years
**Shift Timing:** General
**Skills Required:**
- At least 2 years of experience in the banking/financial industry
- Strong understanding of KYC/AML
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Excellent writing skills, with the ability to provide clear, constructive advice under pressure
- Experience with KYC, AML, CDD, and EDD is mandatory
- Conducting risk assessments on new and existing customers.
- Utilizing AML and KYC tools to analyze and interpret complex data.
- Preparing and maintaining accurate documentation of customer due diligence processes.
- Collaborating with law enforcement and regulatory agencies as needed.
- Providing training and guidance to staff on AML and KYC procedures.
