Android Developer Jobs in Mumbai - EMEX

• We are looking for an Android developer responsible for the development and maintenance of our applications. 
  
• Your primary focus will be the development of Android applications and their integration with back-end services. 
  
• You should have experience in dealing with app performance, power management, and network connectivity optimization. 
  
• You will be closely involved with the design team to iterate on the design and implementation of our applications. 
  
• Strong knowledge of Java, Android SDK, JSON, Material design, SQLite and RESTful APIs is preferred.

• Design, build, and maintain high performance, reusable, and reliable Java code
  
• Translate designs and wire frames into high quality code
  
• Understanding of RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  
• Experience working with remote data via REST and JSON
  
• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs
  
• Integrate Google maps APIs and payment gateway.
  
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
  
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
  
• Familiarity with the use of additional sensors, such as gyroscopes and accelerometers
  
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
  
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools
  
• Strong experience with UI/UX development.
  
• Experience with publishing apps to Google Play Store
