Develop and Maintain: Build, test, and maintain high-performance Android applications using Java (and optionally Kotlin) that align with our fintech products.
Collaborative Integration: Work closely with UI/UX designers and backend teams to integrate features seamlessly.
Problem Solving: Tackle real-life challenges by implementing innovative solutions and debugging issues efficiently.
API & Data Integration: Incorporate RESTful APIs and manage data persistence using libraries (e.g., Room) as part of application development.
Testing and Documentation: Write clear, maintainable code along with unit tests and documentation.
Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and best practices in Android development.
Expected Skillset:
Core Technologies:
Strong foundation in Java and the Android SDK.
Basic knowledge of Kotlin is an added plus.
Frameworks & Libraries:
Familiarity with Android Jetpack components (ViewModel, LiveData, Room).
Understanding of mobile app architectures (e.g., MVVM, MVP).
Tools and Best Practices:
Proficiency with Git for version control.
Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and automated testing.
