Job Summary: We are seeking enthusiastic and compassionate ANM/GNM nursing freshers / Experienced to join our healthcare team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generating/Attending new leads from hospital post-surgery.
- Reaching their targets of dressing new ostomy patients.
- Educate patients and their families about the ostomy procedure, stoma care and pouching systems.
- Understanding the body profile & educating the patient about the ostomy products.
- Ensure proper wound healing at the stoma site and provide care as needed.
- Advise patients on dietary choices to maintain regular function and prevent digestive issues and guiding them back to the surgeon if needed.
- Work collaboratively with surgeons, physicians, wound care specialists, and other healthcare team members.
- Collecting & maintain accurate data and ensuring targets of ostomy dressings to get incentives.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- ANM or GNM Nursing from a recognized institute.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare and medical procedures.
