Application Security Tester Jobs in Bangalore - Siemens Technology and Services Private Limited

We are looking for an Application Security Tester to work in the Healthcare Cyber Security sector. Your responsibilities will be the following: - Identification of security vulnerabilities in source code, root cause analysis of identified security findings, and suggest mitigation measures - Perform secure code review as per company security guidelines - Assist development team with threat modeling and risk mitigation. - Support development team to configure static security rulesets in Static code analyzer tool - Support development team to identify and eliminate false-positive findings in Static code analyzer tool - Support in installation and maintenance of Static code analyzer tool Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) or equivalent work experience Experience: - 2 years of experience in the field of software development - 1~2 years of experience in the field of cyber security Professional skills: - Experience using various static code analysis tools (CheckMarx, Klocwork, Rosslyn, Fortify, SonarQube) - Good understanding of CERT coding guidelines, software development and SLDC - Programming experience in C, C++, C#, Java - Scripting in Python - Experience with source code repositories and build tools like Jenkins, TFS, GitLab - Knowledge of technical and organizational aspects of information security is preferred - Experience with security frameworks NIST 800-53, OWASP top 10 is preferred - Knowledge on AWS services would be an added advantage - CASE (Certified Application Security Engineer: .Net or Java) would be an added advantage Personality requirements and skills: - Good analytical and problem-solving skills - Must be able to work in a team environment - Good interpersonal and communications skills - Good written and verbal communication skills - Good organizational skills - Result oriented - Self-motivated - Highly collaborative Organization: Siemens Healthineers Company: Siemens Healthcare Private Limited Experience Level: Mid-level Professional Job Type: Full-time
