- Technical support
- Issue replication in UAT environment
- Application master maintenance
- Documentation and knowledge management
- Troubleshooting and solution identification
- Maintain positive working relationships with other team members, including engineers and customer support technicians
- Monitor all alerts related to applications and provide proactive services
- Testing new features in the application.
- Testing new features impact test on existing production environment
- Provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.
- Respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify potential solutions for how to resolve an issue.
- Prioritize multiple, open issues.
- Document issue triage as troubleshooting progresses.
- Follow best practices for change control of proposed solutions.
- Maintain service reports.
- Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.
