Role Overview:
Lead the design and execution of interior and exterior architectural projects. You will translate client visions into innovative, buildable solutions, oversee technical documentation, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality, on‑time results.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and present conceptual and schematic designs for interiors, façades, and site plans

Produce and review detailed drawings, models, and construction documents using AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp/Lumion

Generate high‑quality 3D visualizations and renderings (Enscape, V-Ray)

Coordinate with structural, MEP, landscape, and civil consultants to integrate all disciplines

Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources; ensure compliance with codes and sustainability standards

Conduct regular site visits to monitor the construction progress and quality control

Prepare FF&E packages, material specifications, and client presentation materials

Mentor the junior staff and delegate tasks to support their professional growth
