Job Description

Provide multiple ideas and concepts for Architecture & interior designs for Corporate projects.
Research all reference materials for purpose to communicate ideas.
Extend support for team work
Support clients in Corporate design concepts consisting of color, placement and accessories along with floor plan.
Demonstrate and maintain understanding of existing external and internal design trends.
Regulars Site visits for Site Data Reports, Ensuring work is executed as per drawings, Measurements, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Design:
- Meet with clients to understand their needs, vision, goals, and budget.
- Prepare feasibility studies and conduct site evaluations to assess project potential.
- Develop creative design concepts and present them through sketches, digital renderings, and 3D models.
- Design spaces that are both functional and visually appealing, while adhering to regulatory and zoning requirements.
Technical Documentation:
- Create detailed architectural drawings, blueprints, and specifications using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
- Prepare construction documents including floor plans, elevations, sections, and detail drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers to ensure technical compatibility of designs.
Project Management:
- Manage all phases of the architectural process, from concept through construction and project closeout.
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans.
- Supervise the preparation and submission of permit applications and other regulatory documentation.
- Monitor project progress to ensure milestones, quality standards, and budgets are met.
Construction Oversight:
- Conduct site visits to ensure construction aligns with architectural plans and design intent.
- Work with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to address any design-related issues that arise on-site.
- Review and approve material samples, shop drawings, and mock-ups.
- Participate in inspections and final approvals to ensure the built environment meets client and regulatory expectations.
Client Communication and Presentation:
- Present design proposals and modifications clearly to clients and stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates and reports to clients throughout the lifecycle of the project.
- Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.
Sustainability and Innovation:
- Integrate sustainable design practices and green building strategies (e.g., LEED standards, energy efficiency).
- Keep up to date with architectural trends, building materials, and construction technologies.
- Advocate for innovative and forward-thinking approaches to architecture and urban planning.
