Job Description

Must have some basic auto cad knowledge, civil drawing knowledge and planning. Have to visit site and take measurements and do drawings in auto cad .Two wheeler must. Have to visit cmda and other offices for approval works.

Responsibilities:

Produce detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software.

Collaborate with architects to understand project requirements and specifications.

Create detailed architectural drawings based on project requirements

Collaborate with architects and designers to develop design concepts

Ensure drawings comply with building codes and regulations

Review and revise drawings to meet client specifications

Communicate effectively with team members and clients throughout the design process

Skills:

Understanding of building codes

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Detail-oriented

Strong communication skills

Familiarity with construction materials
