Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Sales and Business Development: Identify potential customers, generate leads, conduct market research, and close deals by presenting the value and benefits of the product or service.
· Customer Relationship Management: Build strong customer relationships, understand their requirements, provide technical guidance, and address inquiries and concerns promptly.
· Technical Support and Service: Provide post-sales technical support, troubleshoot issues, coordinate with the engineering team, and ensure customer satisfaction through maintenance visits and inspections.
· Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate sales records, prepare sales forecasts and reports, and analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
· Responsibility to staff and direct the section team: Meet your targets and those of the area team as a whole, efficient running of the of the area, contribute to training and development of the area team, and achieve maximum profitability and growth in accordance with organisation plans.
