Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager with a background in plumbing-related materials. With a minimum of 0-2 years of industry experience, you will leverage your existing network and leads provided to drive market orders. Proficiency in sales management software (e.g., Salesforce or FieldAssist) is essential, as you will be responsible for accurate data reporting, including location tracking, orders, payments, quotations, and leads. The role entails meeting daily KPIs, maintaining an average order value, achieving weekly targets, and optimising conversion ratios. Join us in driving success in our dynamic sales team.


Your Responsibilities:

1. Leverage Experience: Utilise 0-2 years of industry expertise to penetrate the market and secure orders effectively.

2. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in sales management software (e.g., Salesforce or FieldAssist) for accurate data reporting and compliance with KRAs.

3. Meeting Targets: Meet daily minimum meeting requirements, maintain average order value, and achieve weekly sales targets.

4. Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach diverse clientele, nurturing leads into successful sales.

5. Relationship Building: Forge strong relationships with customers, providing tailored solutions and exceptional service.

Requirements:

  •  Candidates must possess their personal vehicle.

  • The role may require extensive travel across various locations in India. Candidates should be comfortable with touring and travelling extensively.

  • Proven track record in field sales, preferably in bath fittings or related industries.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets and achieve sales goals.

  • Self-motivated and independent, with excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

  • Valid driver's licence with own vehicle and willingness to travel within assigned territory (within or outside Delhi).


Salary Payable

18,000 - 22,000 Monthly

Work Timings:

9:00 am to 6:30 pm (Monday to Saturday)
