Job Description
Key Responsibilities:

Assembly Assistance:

Assist in the assembly of products by following detailed instructions and blueprints.

Help assemble parts and components on the production line to meet production targets and quality standards.

Use hand tools, power tools, and other assembly equipment to assemble products.

Ensure parts and components are accurately aligned and fitted as per the assembly instructions.

Quality Control:

Inspect assembled components and products for defects or errors, ensuring they meet quality standards.

Report any issues or defects found during the assembly process to the supervisor or team lead.

Ensure that products are packaged correctly, including labeling, boxing, and preparing for shipping.

Inventory Management:

Assist with managing inventory levels of parts and materials required for assembly.

Ensure that materials and parts are available at the assembly stations and inform supervisors if supplies are running low.

Help with stocking and organizing tools, equipment, and assembly materials in a safe and efficient manner.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

Maintain a clean and organized assembly area, including cleaning workstations, tools, and machinery.

Follow health and safety protocols to keep the assembly floor clean and free from hazards.

Assist with basic maintenance of equipment and tools to ensure proper functioning.

Team Collaboration:

Work alongside assembly line workers, supervisors, and engineers to ensure smooth production processes.

Communicate effectively with team members to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.

Assist with other tasks as required by the team or management.

Safety Compliance:

Follow all company safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

Use appropriate safety equipment, including gloves, safety goggles, ear protection, etc.
