Assembly Maintenance shift leader
Education qualification- B.E./Diploma in Electrical Engineer
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for independently shift handling of Assly line.
- Works according to HSE requirements (LOTO, grounding…) and promotes safety mindset on day to day basis.
- Experience in SPM (Special purpose machines) maintenance, Assly station equipment maintenance
- Experience in Bumper punching/pasting machine maintenance.
- Experience in Ultra sonic welding system
- Experience in Fanuc robots handling & maintenance.
- Knowledge of Siemens PLC
- Experience in IATF documentation.
- Spare part management & Knowledge of SAP
- Preventive, Predictive maintenance planning & execution.
