Job Description and Responsibilities tasks
- Provides financial information to management by preparing reports.
- Summarizes current financial status by collecting information and other reports.
- Maintain purchase, sales and stock data
- Maintain updated database of vendors / suppliers.
- Ensure updated monitoring of recurring utility expenses & payments
- Document financial transactions by entering account information
- Substantiate financial transactions by auditing documents
- Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information
- Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results
Skill Set Required
• Basic knowledge of operating computer
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Interest in accounting
Personal competences
• Graduation/Post Graduation in Accounts majored subjects.
• Good listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English and Hindi.
