Job Description

- Good Knowledge and hands-on on Tally Software.

- End to end Finance management

- Invoicing, Accounting and reporting.

- Be direct support to owners for all finance activities

- Take ownership and actively show interest in business and help grow

- Assist in managing accounts receivable and accounts payable processes

- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and bank deposits

- Support monthly and year-end financial closing activities

- Conduct financial reconciliations and resolve discrepancies

- Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate payment

- Prepare financial reports and statements for review by management

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities

- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Collaborate with other departments to provide financial support and analysis
