Assistant Administrative Officer / Assistant Accounts Officer/ Assistant Purchase & Store Officer recruitment in Tata Memorial Hospital on Contract Basis.
1. Ad-Hoc Assistant Administrative Officer /1 Post
Qualification & Experience :Graduate in any discipline with a Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Personnel Management / Human Resource Management from a reputed Institution. The candidate should have 3 years experience in supervisory capacity in Administration / Personnel dealing with General Administration, Recruitment, Establishment matter etc. Candidates well versed with Government procedures will be preferred. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a unit of (Government / Autonomous Body or R & D Institution/ Large Hospital / Commercial Undertaking)
Pay Scale: Rs. 20000- 30000
Age : 30 Years
2. Ad-Hoc Assistant Accounts Officer/1 Post
Qualification & Experience: ICWAI/CA/MBA (Finance) with 2 years experience or passed SAS or equivalent examination having minimum 3 years experience or Post Graduate in Commerce with 3 years experience in a supervisory capacity. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a Government Organization / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Body.

3. Ad-Hoc Assistant Purchase & Store Officer/1 Post
Qualification & Experience: Graduate in any discipline with a Post Graduate Degree /Diploma in Material Management from a reputed Institution. The candidate should have 3 years experience in supervisory capacity in a Purchase & Stores dealing with import of chemicals, laboratory and hospital equipment, purchase of drugs, surgical items, kits, reagents, etc. He should be well versed with customs clearance formalities, Purchase Information Systems and modern methods of purchases. Preference will be given to candidates having experience in a Government Organization / Public Sector Undertaking / Autonomous Body.

4.Ad-Hoc Scientific Officer (Medical Physics)/2 Posts
Qualification & Experience: M.Sc. (Physics) and Diploma in Radiological Physics OR Equivalent AERB approved qualifications. Experience with advanced computerized treatment planning systems and other state-of-the-art technology will be essential.
Pay Scale : Rs. 40000-50,000

5. Ad-Hoc Scientific Assistant ‘B’ (Radiotherapy)/3 Posts
Qualification & Experience: B.Sc. (Physics) with minimum 50% marks and 2 years Post Graduate Diploma in Radiotherapy Technology OR Equivalent AERB approved qualification with 01-year experience in modern machines in Department of Radiation Oncology using Linear Accelerators.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000-30000

6. Ad-Hoc Clerk/3 Posts
Qualification & Experience: Graduate (any discipline) with 50% marks with computer course. 1-year clerical experience is mandatory. The incumbent will have to look after the Administration matters. Candidates should be well versed with Communication.
