Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Responsible for end-to-end Influencer Marketing Department.

- Lead generation, client meetings, negotiations and achieving the desired targets of acquiring new brands.

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including influencers, agencies, and brands

- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to enter new markets

- Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

-Conduct research to identify new markets and client needs and focus more on how to do sales and increase revenue.

- Analyze data and metrics to continuously improve sales performance and drive business results

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in influencer marketing

- Research and find new brands regularly

Key Result Areas (KRAs) :

- Achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets

- Increase revenue

- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients

- Identify and enter to new markets

- Increase customer satisfaction (measured by customer feedback surveys)
