Monika’s English Institute is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant English Teacher Intern to support our experienced teaching team. In this internship, you will assist in delivering dynamic English lessons, support students in achieving their language goals, and foster an interactive classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:- Assist with Lesson Delivery: Support teachers in preparing and delivering comprehensive English lessons that include grammar, vocabulary, speaking, writing, and reading comprehension.
- Classroom Assistance: Help maintain an organized, focused, and interactive classroom. Encourage students’ active participation and ensure a positive learning environment.
- One-on-One Support: Provide personalized assistance to students in need of extra help, whether it be in improving their writing, pronunciation, or understanding key concepts.
- Material Preparation: Assist in creating and organizing lesson plans, teaching aids, quizzes, worksheets, and other educational resources.
- Student Feedback: Observe student performance, help assess their progress, and provide constructive feedback to the lead teacher.
- Communication & Coordination: Act as a bridge between students and instructors, communicating any challenges students may face, and ensuring smooth communication between teachers and students.
- Administrative Support: Assist in managing student records, grading assignments, and completing other administrative tasks as required by the teaching staff.
- Educational Background: Enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Education, English, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. You should be able to explain English concepts clearly and effectively.
- Passion for Teaching: A keen interest in education and a desire to help students improve their English proficiency.
- Adaptability: Ability to modify teaching methods to cater to various student needs and learning styles.
- Team-Oriented: Collaborative, with the ability to work well with colleagues and students in a team-based environment.
