Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership Hiring:
Lead and manage the recruitment process for senior-level roles, including executives and leadership positions across all functions (e.g., C-suite, VP, Director).
Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and align talent acquisition strategies with organizational goals.
Develop and execute tailored sourcing strategies for leadership roles, leveraging a variety of channels such as executive search firms, networking, referrals, and industry connections.
Screen, interview, and assess candidates for leadership roles, ensuring alignment with both technical expertise and cultural fit.
Provide strategic guidance to hiring managers on leadership hiring processes, market trends, compensation benchmarking, and candidate assessment techniques.
Core Team Development:
Partner with leadership to define the competencies, skills, and behaviors required to build a high-performing core team.
Collaborate with the business to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill those gaps with top talent.
Own and execute recruitment for critical positions within the core team, ensuring that we attract the right mix of skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Create and maintain talent pipelines for key positions within the company, focusing on both short-term and long-term hiring needs.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand team dynamics and advise on organizational structure and talent needs.
Talent Strategy & Employer Branding:
Develop and implement a comprehensive leadership hiring strategy that aligns with company objectives, culture, and growth plans.
Manage the employer brand and work with the marketing team to enhance our visibility in the market as an employer of choice for top leadership talent.
Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation packages, and leadership best practices to ensure we remain competitive in attracting top-tier talent.
Stakeholder Management & Reporting:
Build strong relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on hiring priorities and expectations.
Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership regarding recruitment progress, challenges, and market conditions.
Ensure timely and effective communication with candidates and hiring managers throughout the interview and selection process.
HR Process Improvement:
Continuously improve and refine recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and hiring teams.
Develop and implement best practices for talent acquisition and recruitment operations to optimize efficiency and reduce time-to-hire.

Requirements:

Experience:
Minimum of [5-8] years of experience in HR, with at least [3-5] years focused on leadership and executive recruitment.
Proven experience in hiring senior executives, directors, and other leadership roles, preferably within related industry.
Strong understanding of HR functions and the full recruitment cycle, from talent sourcing to onboarding.
