We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with expertise in AI and Machine Learning to join our political . The candidate will play a crucial role in leveraging data analytics, machine learning algorithms, and AI technology to enhance political strategies, improve campaign effectiveness, and drive decision-making processes. The role demands a blend of technical skills and political insight to address complex challenges and deliver impactful results.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage AI/ML projects to support the firm’s political strategies.
Work closely with the data science and political research teams to develop predictive models, sentiment analysis, and trend forecasting.
Analyze large datasets from various sources (social media, surveys, public data) to provide actionable insights.
Develop and optimize machine learning algorithms for voter segmentation, behavioral predictions, and campaign targeting.
Coordinate with political campaign managers to implement AI-driven strategies for outreach, communication, and voter engagement.
Monitor performance metrics and refine models to improve accuracy and impact.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, machine learning, and political technologies.
Prepare technical reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex AI/ML data into actionable political insights.
Assist in the development of automated tools for social media sentiment analysis, political campaign management, and voter behavior analysis.
Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical use of AI tools in political activities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing AI/ML projects, preferably in a political or social analytics setting.
Strong understanding of machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).
Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Familiarity with political data sources, voter databases, and campaign management tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate political challenges into data-driven solutions.
