Job Description
Designation - Assistant Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for running the plant in shifts and maintaining & monitoring the plant parameters on continues basis.
- Achieving the agreed production targets and involves in process related trouble shooting.
- Prepare the daily MIS and production confirmation in SAP on the basis of production.
- Ensuring the Water Treatment KPls to maintain the coolers approach.
- The major jobs are to co-ordinates with the maintenance team to ensure no unscheduled breakdown through condition monitoring, calculating efficiencies of the machines and plant performance.
- The challenge to this position is to conduct trouble shooting in case of process problems and taking necessary action whenever required.
- The incumbent is responsible to produce the OXYGEN, NITROGEN and ARGON.
- The incumbent will be responsible for activities for SAP- Production Planning Module.
- Responsible for dealing with Contractor workers at sites e.g. “Truck Drivers, Technicians & Fitters etc.
- The incumbent shall be responsible for trouble shooting of a continuous process plant and an analytical approach in carrying out the analysis of plant and machine parameters.
Educational Background and Work Experience:
- B.E. (Chemical / Mechanical / Instrumentation / Production) 4-12 years’ experience in ASU operation will be preferred.
Work experience : At least 4 to 6 years of prior experience on the following subjects is essential for this position
• Knowledge of MS Office & SAP
• Knowledge of Safety & ISO
