Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Assistant Manager - Marketing to support and manage various marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will assist in planning and executing marketing strategies, managing brand campaigns, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies, and analyzing market trends to optimize business growth.

The role requires a solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership to ensure that the brand message and objectives are effectively communicated across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing Planning

Assist in developing and executing integrated marketing plans aligned with the company’s strategic goals.
Support in market segmentation, targeting, and positioning strategies.
Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

2. Campaign Management

Plan, coordinate, and oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, outdoor, events, etc.).
Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables for campaigns.
Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.

3. Digital Marketing

Work with the digital marketing team to manage social media, website content, SEO/SEM, and email campaigns.
Analyze digital performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and social media engagement.
Contribute ideas for content creation, promotions, and lead generation.

4. Branding & Communication

Ensure consistency of brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all marketing platforms.
Assist in creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and internal newsletters.
Work with graphic designers and content writers to develop creative assets for campaigns.

5. Market Research & Analysis

Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and consumer preferences.
Prepare reports and presentations with insights and recommendations for strategy adjustments.
Monitor and analyze ROI of marketing activities and assist in preparing monthly performance reports.

6. Vendor & Agency Coordination

Coordinate with advertising agencies, print vendors, event organizers, and other third-party partners.
Negotiate costs, timelines, and deliverables with vendors to ensure quality and timely output.

7. Events & Promotions

Help organize and promote product launches, exhibitions, trade shows, corporate events, and sponsorships.
Work with sales teams to support promotional activities at the regional or local level.
Ensure smooth execution of events, from planning to on-site coordination and post-event analysis.
