Job Description

We are hiring for the Job- Assistant Operations/ Executive Operations in DTDC Express Ltd., Velappanchavadi, Thiruverkadu, Chennai.
*Vacancy- 20 (only Male Candidates).

*Qualification- SSLC Or below 10th, Diploma.

*Shift- Rotational Basis.

*CTC- Rs.16000-Rs.20000 per month.

*Immediate Joining is Required.

*Experience- Freshers/ Experienced.

*Benefits- Overtime Pay, Provident Fund, Yearly Bonus, ESIC.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Support & Coordination:

Assist in managing day-to-day operations and workflow efficiency.
Coordinate between different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Implement operational policies and procedures for process improvement.

2. Logistics & Inventory Management (If Applicable):

Monitor supply chain processes, inventory levels, and order fulfillment.
Ensure timely procurement and distribution of goods/services.
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to maintain smooth operations.

3. Data Management & Reporting:

Maintain records, databases, and reports related to operations.
Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Prepare operational reports and provide insights to senior management.

4. Customer & Vendor Relations:

Assist in handling client and vendor communications.
Address operational issues and provide solutions efficiently.
Ensure customer satisfaction by improving service delivery.

5. Compliance & Risk Management:

Ensure company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards are met.
Identify operational risks and recommend corrective measures.
Support audits and compliance-related documentation.

6. Process Improvement & Team Support:

Identify opportunities for operational improvements and cost reductions.
Support team members in executing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Assist in training new employees on operational procedures.
