Responsibilities:

Conduct and publish high-quality research in peer-reviewed journals

Deliver engaging and informative lectures to undergraduate and graduate students

Mentor and advise students on academic and career development

Develop and update course materials and curricula

Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other academic activities

Seek external funding and grants to support research projects

Collaborate with colleagues on interdisciplinary research and teaching initiatives

Contribute to the university's service and outreach activities

Qualifications:

Ph.D. or equivalent degree in a relevant field

Proven track record of research publications in reputable journals

Experience in teaching and mentoring students at the university level

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to develop and deliver engaging course materials

Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in academia

Demonstrated ability to obtain external research funding

Excellent organizational and time-management skills
