Key Responsibilities:
Company Law Compliance:
Handle ROC filings and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
Preparation and filing of forms such as MGT-7, AOC-4, DIR-12, etc.
Assist in drafting board resolutions, minutes, and notices for meetings.

Documentation & Record Keeping:
Maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act.
Update and manage compliance trackers and checklists.

Other Support:
Handle routine secretarial tasks and provide administrative support to the Company Secretary.

Proficiency in MCA portal operations and ROC forms filing.
Excellent communication and drafting skills.
