Job Description

The Assistant Sales Manager will provide support to the Sales Manager in driving and managing the company's sales strategies, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded. You can get almost 15 to 20000 rupees as Incentive. This is a a best suited job for a very young, dashing, dynamic, youngster who has a flair for sales.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet monthly sales goals.

2. Monitor sales activity and analyze data to identify areas needing improvement.

3. Train, motivate and coach sales staff to ensure they meet performance targets.

4. Develop and implement customer loyalty programs to increase sales.

5. Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

6. Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closure.

7. Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.

8. Negotiate with vendors to secure the best terms and pricing.

9. Participate in trade shows and other marketing events.

10. Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
