Assistant Store Manager
Lead our team and ensure great customer experiences!
Responsibilities:
- Manage walk-in customers and drive sale

- Lead sales teams and manage store operations

- Deliver top-notch customer service

- Assisting the store manager in all areas of daily business operations, human resources, customer service and merchandising.

- Coordinating, monitoring and reporting on daily operations.

- Recruiting, training and supervising employees.

- Managing employee schedules, conducting performance reviews and enforcing disciplinary actions.

- Monitoring and maintaining suitable store inventory levels.

We're looking for individuals with:
- 1 year of experience or knowledge in a related field- Or fresh graduate with a passion for retail management.
