GENERAL SUMMARY
This position performs a series of actions which complete a simple transaction and data entry. Professionals in this category are required to perform straightforward tasks; executed within certain defined parameters. The transactions are simple and require the professionals executing them to operate within a small set of rules. These jobs require minimal decision making abilities; the complexity of tasks being low.
Entry level role responsible for performing simple straight forward, high volume transactions of limited scope. Works on clearly defined tasks within defined procedures.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position closely works with sales operations team by understanding their quoting requirement and delivering the renewal quotes as per the defined SLA.
• The process operation analyst liaises with sales to configure and quote for all EMC products without error and within the EMC guidelines following the pre-defined SOP’s
• He/she is responsible for validating the PO packs submitted by sales for variations or exceptions as per SOX compliance and to work with sales for any approval.
• He/she provides continuous support to renewal sales to make any corrections or updates to an existing quote.
• Process Ops Analyst is required to interact with sales team and various internal EMC teams by means of phone call, mails and communicator

SKILLS

• Excellent communication skills
• Sense of urgency and ability to drive accurate and timely decisions
• Ability to prioritize projects and/or deliverables.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Responsiveness

Salary: 2.1L CTC/Annum
