• Attend the Training Program and Complete the Training Process

• Recruitment of Individual Team Member

• Identifying the Right Member and Recruiting them for Strengthening the Organization

• Sourcing business through cold/hot prospecting. Conduct weekly meeting with advisors and analyse the performance.

• Set goals and support Agency Partners to achieve consistent performance.

• Identify prospective Life Advisors and Agency Partners

• Provide Sales and Recruitment Training

• Be a Sales, Recruitment and process expert

• Assist Agency partners through joint fieldwork

• Help in Prospecting /Suspecting activity in the field

• Create new business opportunities by building trust and contacts with clients

• Give a brief about the product, features and benefits to the customers

• Develop and execute plans for growth of the agency
