Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and explain our services.
- Generate leads and schedule follow-ups to nurture potential clients.
- Achieve sales targets through effective communication and negotiation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and updates in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for lead conversion.
- Resolve client queries and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Qualifications
- Any degree (freshers and experienced candidates welcome).
- Strong communication skills in English and Tamil/Malayalam.
- Persuasive and customer-focused approach.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
