Selection Procedure: Written Test, Virtual Interview, Proficiency in Local Language test and Final Selection. Minimum qualifying criteria shall be decided by Management team on basis of performance of candidates in online written test. The written test will cover English and Indian tourism topics. Proficiency in local language (reading, writing and understanding) is a mandatory requirement and a test of knowledge of specified opted local language shall be conducted as a part of selection process along with personal interview. The written test is scheduled for April 12th, 13th, 19th, 20th, 26th, and 27th. Candidates may select any of these dates that suit their availability for the test. The chosen candidate is expected to commence on June 2, 2025. Training sessions will take place in various cities, including Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Guwahati, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Lucknow, Nagpur, Patna, Raipur, Surat, Visakhapatnam, and Srinagar. The company will cover accommodation, meals, and travel expenses during the training period. Upon completing the training, the candidate will have the option to work remotely. The company will supply a laptop and mobile device. The selected candidate will receive a salary starting from the date of joining, which includes the training period.
Candidates achieving over 89.99% in the written test will receive an award of INR 5,000. Candidates scoring above 79.99% will be awarded INR 3,000. Candidates with scores exceeding 69.99% will earn INR 500, with funds transferred to their accounts within 30 days.
Candidates who do not succeed in the recruitment process will receive a gift card valued at INR 150. The gift card can be redeemed for flight and hotel bookings through Nanda Travel NEI. This initiative aims to provide a positive experience for all candidates.
