The Associate Manager in the Insurance Sector will support the management team in overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring exceptional service to clients. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, leadership, and hands-on management to optimize business processes, achieve targets, and contribute to the company’s growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Recruitment & Development: Identify, recruit, and train new team members to build a strong sales force.
Sales Target Achievement: Drive sales by setting and achieving targets, including selling insurance policies.
Team Management: Oversee daily operations, provide guidance, and ensure team productivity.
Client Service: Maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns.
Training & Development: Conduct training sessions for new recruits and existing team members to enhance skills and knowledge.
